Hello, I’m Francesca, founder of a brand of artisanal multigrain crackers for grocery stores and food concepts in French-speaking Switzerland. After several years in the world of culinary creation, food content, and gluten-free products, I developed Sakrak with a simple idea: to offer crackers with authentic flavors that are delicious, healthy, and carefully crafted. The recipe is made with simple, natural ingredients—semi-whole-grain rice flour, rolled oats, seeds (flax, chia, sunflower, and sesame), and extra-virgin olive oil—with special attention paid to flavor, texture, and ingredient quality.
