A legume rich in protein and low in starch, it’s just waiting to become part of our daily diet. Although its cultivation has been neglected in recent decades, a handful of farmers in Switzerland have continued to grow it to reduce reliance on fertilizers. Through LupiFood, we aim to make lupin more widely available by offering tasty, easy-to-enjoy vegetarian products that add variety to a healthy diet.
