My name is Florian, and since 2021, I’ve been dedicating myself to a passion: hemp and all the opportunities this unique plant has to offer. Through my FLOW project, I aim to develop a genuine hemp industry in Switzerland—one that is local, sustainable, and innovative. My goal is clear: to make full use of 100% of the plant—from seed to straw—by creating useful and responsible products while supporting farmers and local stakeholders. 🌱 Hemp Seeds Hemp seeds are at the heart of my work. They are processed in several ways to create simple, natural products: - Whole seeds: used as is, they can be added to various dishes or sown. - Hulled seeds: obtained after removing the husk, they have a soft, pleasant texture. - Hemp flour: made by pressing and grinding the oil cake after oil extraction, it can be used to make a variety of food products. - Hemp oil: cold-pressed, it is prized for its delicate flavor and versatility in cooking and cosmetics. - Hemp tea: made from dried leaves or flowers, it offers a chance to discover another facet of the plant. - Each processing step is carried out with care to preserve the quality of the raw material and minimize waste.
